After running the fuel report in the “Statistics” section, we can see the summary information, like a waybill for the flight, for the selected period: the fuel consumed by the fuel level sensor, the average fuel consumption by the fuel level sensor, the initial and final fuel level, the number of refuelings, the fueled volume, number of showers and their volume, duration and number of parking and stops, time in motion, mileage and number of trips. In general, this is a constructor, you can display any parameters.
All events are described in more detail in the corresponding tables. Let’s sort it out.
Trip tab
We see – the beginning, end, duration, mileage, average speed, consumption by the fuel level sensor, average consumption, initial and final fuel level.
Parking tab
On this tab we can see the start, end, duration and position of the parking lots.
Stop tab
The stop tab also shows us the beginning, end, duration and places of the stops.
Refueling tab
This table displays the time, location, starting fuel level, amount of fuel filled, and final fuel level.
Shower tab
In this tab we see one recorded dump, its time, location, initial fuel level, amount of fuel drained and amount of fuel after the dump.
On the graph, we see detailed information about fuel. The map also displays a movement track with event markers
To see the report in the form of a graph, you need to click on the button – graph.
On the graph, we see gas stations (green icon) fuel plums (red icon), Speed and motor hours
For convenience, the report has a grouping that displays events within a certain point.
To view in more detail, you need to move the mouse wheel to a certain grouping.
You can also run a quick report from the monitoring tab by clicking on the button as shown in the screenshot
After generating the online report, it can be exported or printed by clicking on special buttons as shown in the video. If there is no quick report button, you need to disable it in the monitoring tab. By clicking on the button as shown in the screenshot.
Geozones or geographic zones are certain areas on the map that are of interest to the user and require special attention. They are designed to control the movement of objects in these areas or beyond them.
You can attach any images and photos to geofences, as well as add comments.
A geofence can take the form of a polygon (for example, a city or the territory of a factory), a line (for example, a certain street), or a circle of arbitrary radius.
To create a geofence, click the CREATE button
You must enter a name, you can choose the color of the signature and the font size, enter a description, choose the type of geofence, and you can also group them, for example, by type. It is possible to add an image, choose the color of the geofence and visibility.
About visibility in a little more detail. Here you can choose parameters from 1 to 19. This is the scale at which the geofence will be displayed on the map.
In order to place a new point, you need to make a double click with the mouse, to insert a point – it is also done with a double click. Delete a point – double click on the point.
To move a point, you need to click on the point with the left mouse button and move it to another place on the map.

To edit the geofence, press the wrench, edit and click save.
How to remove geofence? – It’s very easy, click the mouse on the cross, and click OK.
