To date, it is almost impossible to work with no control systems because there is such a problem as crop theft during harvesting. Thanks to the Friend-and-Foe System, it is impossible to ship the harvest to another (alien) machine. The monitoring system monitors all screw actuations.
Let’s see how the Friend-and-Foe System works. During the operation of tractors or combines, the screw is blocked. It is unlocked only if your vehicle is identified because its RFID card is recorded in the device.
Only then does the combine harvester or tractor have the ability to ship the crop.
If not an RFID card is used on the machine, but a contactless BLE tag, then the screw is unlocked if the vehicle is located next to a combine harvester or tractor.
Hardware part
Agricultural machinery is equipped with GPS trackers of the Bitrek Connect system with an additional module that stores map information and a module for blocking the screw operation.
In a vehicle that receives a crop, such equipment is installed in the housing to block the operation of the BOM. And additionally a BLE label, for harvesting using contactless technology.
In order for the crop to reach its destination, a GPS tracker is installed on the grain carrier. You can use it to find out the exact location of the grain carrier.
As a result of transmitting all data over the GSM network to special software, your dispatcher will be able to analyze the necessary indicators in the GPS monitoring system.
In case of emergency situations, the dispatcher will receive an alert that will immediately notify you about it.
