The transport monitoring system is useful because you can monitor objects online and make decisions on time. But reporting is no less useful.
The system allows you to create a report on the selected object and for a certain period of time, save data in the desired format, or integrate it into another program. Reports can be generated based on various parameters: mileage, speed, temperature, fuel level, and much more.

The system allows you to create a report on the selected object and for a certain period of time, save data in the desired format, or integrate it into another program. Reports can be generated based on various parameters: mileage, speed, temperature, fuel level, and much more.
Traffic reports
Car traffic reports have basic and advanced information.This report can show the speed (maximum and average), duration, and address of stops and parking lots. You can distinguish between stops and parking lots with setting the minimum parking time (5 min), and the data will be displayed in the report differently. All together in the monitoring system is considered downtime.
You can also view all trips for the selected period in the report. Trips can be sorted by time and address, duration, mileage, and speed. Each trip can be displayed on the map as a track.Setting the trip duration will help to remove unnecessary reports, for example, about the movement on the fleet territory. But you can see them in the Tracks section.
Parking Lots and Stops Section
Here you can see the end and beginning of each of the stops or parking lots, as well as their duration and address. The Speeding section can be seen by setting the maximum permissible speed in the tracker settings.
Speeding Report
Here you can see all the places where the car exceeded the specified speed: they are displayed on the track in red. In this case, the maximum speed will be set separately for each car. But there is another option: there are allowed speeds for different roads in the map settings. Therefore, it makes no sense to enter the maximum speed settings: it will be the same for all cars.
If you set a short time for the car to exceed the set speed, this allows you to overtake, but then return to the permissible speed limit.
In the Speed section, it is allowed to display it on a graph linked to time.
Temperature Report
It’s not news that there is a possibility to connect different sensors to the GPS tracker: this expands the functionality of transport monitoring. One of them is a temperature sensor. The data in the report can be seen in two types: text and graph. This plays a big part when the temperature of the cargo is important for a company engaged in cargo transportation. In addition, it is possible to set up an alert about exiting the temperature regime.
